Alternative Manufacturing is seeking a Production Assembler, to be based in Winthrop Maine

Requirements of the Production Assembler:

  • Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
  • Long periods of sitting and standing
  • Good eye hand coordination and digital dexterity
  • Lifting 35lbs independently
  • Ability to use minor measuring devices as required
  • Ability to commute to Winthrop Maine on Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities of the Production Assembler

  • Performing daily building of a variety of assemblies within a product family
  • The ability to read and understand verbal or written instructions for electronic mechanical products
  • Move material/product to different operations
  • Great opportunity for someone returning to the workforce.
  • Perform daily cleanup of the workstation
  • Training and improvement opportunities available
